Seed That Engenders Immortality

The person (i.e., “the fundamental and preeminent seed” or simply “the seed”) who conveys the culture of immortality from Sangjenim to future generations. This heavenly mandate was conferred upon Gim Ho-yeon, who, from age five to thirteen, served as a principal witness to Sangjenim’s words and works of renewal, so that she could convey the pulse of dao to subsequent humanity. Under Sangjenim’s watchful guidance, Ho-yeon underwent an intensive 125-day meditation at age nine, consequently achieving an awakening and the ability to communicate with spirits and animals. Through this awakening, she served as a living precedent for the physical and spiritual gaebyeok—the physical and spiritual renewal—that humanity will experience in the Later Heaven’s Paradise of Immortality.
